In a world which is becoming more informatics, Interservices has once again written
a significant chapter in its Implementation History.
Based on a carefully coordination of tasks, we’ve
been able to notice, since November 7 2005, our
constant evolution as an organization and achieve
the production of our Services and General Administration
area, which means the first liberation of GRP (Government
Resource Planning) Project.
In addition to all our prides, there is also GPR
(Government Resource Planning), allowing to update
the technologic platform of this Public Service,
thanks to the implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft
Enterprise, Financials, HRMS (version 8) products
for the financial, human resources and matter resources
areas.
This project involved the installation, implementation
and costuming stage, having among different goals,
a primordial one: Give an integral solution to 32.000
users nationally , and that way reach the massive
exit strategy live, which, because of it’s
reach, we call “Big Bang”. This needed
hard work among a constant compromise from the professionals
who participated.
We find ourselves inside a team of specialized
consultants, made of 86 persons from Oracle, Strategy
and Operations, ERS, IT, Human Capital, Subcontractors
and a Software Factory of 35 persons, which with
more than 90.000 working hours, they consumed every
assigned task obtaining the expected results.
Fully committed with vision, strategy and maturity,
we reached our promised goals on time and in the
best way, which represents the beginning of a transformation
track in which we have fully committed.
